Adult Swimming Courses
Have you ever dreamed about swimming in our beautiful Aquatics Center but not sure where to start? It’s never too late to learn how to swim! In the Beginner class you will learn swimming fundamentals, and more advanced swimmers will develop stroke technique and improve endurance in Intermediate and Masters Swim. Register above! Intermediate and Masters levels require prior approval.
Aqua Cycle & Aqua Treadmill
Not a swimmer but love the pool? Aqua Cycle and Aqua Treadmill take your workouts on land to a whole new level! Open to adults of all swimming abilities and fitness levels, these non-impact and high-intensity programs emphasize on cardiovascular strength and endurance. Register above!
Triathlon Swim
Looking for ways to improve your swim techniques for a future triathlon? Join a supportive team in a progressive class led by Director of Aquatics, AJ Monroe. Triathlon season will be here before you know it! Must be able to swim 500 yards continuously. Prior approval required, contact Aquatics office.
