Have you ever dreamed about swimming in our beautiful Aquatics Center but not sure where to start? It’s never too late to learn how to swim! In the Beginner class you will learn swimming fundamentals, and more advanced swimmers will develop stroke technique and improve endurance in Intermediate and Masters Swim. Intermediate and Masters levels require prior approval.

Beginner
Winter 1 Session: Thursdays, 6:30–7:30 pm; 1/9-2/13 (6 weeks)
Winter 2/Spring 1 Session: Thursdays, 6:30-7:30 pm; 2/27-4/10 (7 weeks)
Intermediate
Winter 1 Session: Saturdays, 2:00-3:00 pm; 1/4-2/15 (7 weeks)
Winter 2/Spring 1 Session: Saturdays, 2:00-3:00pm; 3/1-4/12 (7 weeks)
Swimmers 18 and over training in competitive swim techniques under the guidance and supervision of a United States Masters Swimming Coach (Victor Penaloza/ Alexis Penaloza). Monday, Wednesday, and Friday we train at the Masters School; Tuesday we practice our skills at the JCC. Full schedule, pricing here.
Not a swimmer but love the pool? Aqua Cycle and Aqua Treadmill take your workouts on land to a whole new level! Open to adults of all swimming abilities and fitness levels, these non-impact and high-intensity programs emphasize on cardiovascular strength and endurance.
Schedule:
Mondays: Aqua Tread, 10:30–11:15 am
Tuesdays: Aqua Cycle: 1:00–1:45 pm
Thursdays: Aqua Cycle: 1:00–1:45 pm
Saturdays: Aqua Cycle: 12:00–12:45 pm
