Pickleball Fitness Boot Camp

Members $50; non-members: $60 (for all sessions)

Pickleball isn’t just about your dink strategies; there’s a fitness aspect to it as well! Put your paddles down for an hour and join us for an exciting new class where you’ll focus on exercises that target the muscles most utilized in pickleball. This class will improve agility and strength to help you excel at your game!

Absolute Beginner R&B/Soul Line Dancing

Want to get in on the R&B soul line dancing craze but need to take it slow? In this supportive class for absolute beginners, Steve Dillard will slowly break down each step until you feel comfortable. Line dancing is a great workout for your body, soul, and memory!

Looking to take your dance skills to the next level? Join us for a more challenging version of your favorite dance class! Steven “Fun Bunch” Dillard will teach more complex dances at a quicker pace while still allowing everyone to learn. Have fun and get a great workout! All levels welcome – previous dance experience strongly suggested.

R&B/Soul Line Dancing with the Fun Bunch
End your week with this uplifting and joyful class! Beloved teacher Steve “Fun Bunch” Dillard will break down easy line dances that allow everyone to learn at a comfortable pace while improving their memory and balance. Have fun and get a great workout! All levels welcome.
West African Dance Series with Live Drumming
West African dance with Gladys Lowe provides a complete body workout while giving students the freedom to express themselves to the powerful beat of live drumming. Each step is broken down so that all students, including those who have never danced before, can learn while having fun. Students will build confidence around their body movements and the lively traditional dance rhythms. About the Instructor: Gladys Lowe is originally from Cameroon and some of her recent experiences include being a program instructor at The Paige Fraser Foundation in the Bronx, Westchester Dance Artists, the Bethany Art Center, Addi-tude Cultural Arts, and other venues in the Hudson Valley.
