Experience Laughter Yoga, a unique exercise routine that combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing. Laughter reaps many scientific benefits including reduction of stress, anxiety, and depression; lower blood pressure; a strengthened immune system; and much more. Laughter is initially stimulated as a physical exercise and soon leads to real and contagious laughter. Bring your playful spirit!

Caught the Mah Jongg bug and want to further your knowledge of the game? Join us for a 4-week supervised play session led by Rose Asprea. Building on your knowledge of the game, students will review the Mah Jongg basics and the current card of hands. You’ll learn more defensive, strategic steps towards winning the game and/or playing against challenging players, quicker decision-making in ways of choosing hands (which is the most challenging and difficult for most players), and betting options. Space is limited to 12.
NOTE: This class is not for absolute beginners; participants should have some Mah Jongg experience to attend.

“Challenging Times, Ageless Insights” offers participants the opportunity to engage with clergy in exploring contemporary issues through a Jewish lens. These discussions will provide insights, debate, and if we are successful, even more questions.
