While our robust fitness center and group exercise schedule included in your membership is second to none, here at the J you also have the opportunity to work with one of our nationally certified personal trainers. Working one-on-one with a fitness professional provides you with the following benefits:

PT in Water
We also offer aquatic personal training, providing one-on-one tailored instruction with an aquatic exercise professional. All of the workout, less pressure on joints!

Certified Personal Trainers
Our certified personal trainers are currently certified through one of the nationally accredited industry associations such as NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or ACE, with a minimum of one year experience working with clients.
They are motivating, supportive, and amazingly adept at creating effective programs to help you achieve your goals.
