Have you been interested in swim lessons for a child with special needs? We are thrilled to announce that we now have three swim instructors who are certified in the “Swim Angelfish methodology,” providing adaptive lessons to individuals with anxiety, attention difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder, sensory challenges, coordination problems, physical disabilities, and more. Policies & Regulations
Private Swim Lesson Policies:
- Swim caps are required for swimmers ages 3+.
- We offer a 5-lesson auto-renewal package for private and semi-private lessons.
- Private and semi-private lessons are purchased as 5-packs.
- We offer a 1-time single-lesson purchase for new swimmers.
- Lesson packages will be renewed based on the Instructors availability.
- Semi-private lessons are offered to swimmers of the same age and or level.
- Private and semi-private lessons are offered to children ages 3 & up including adults.
- All lesson cancellations must be emailed to [email protected]
- We require a 24-hour notice for any lesson cancellations.
- Lessons may only be rescheduled 2 times throughout a 5-pack.
- Rescheduled lessons will be offered on the same day and time for an extended week.
- All packs must be completed within 90 days of purchase.
- Swim lesson packages are non-transferable between different individuals.
- Private swim lessons may be rescheduled due to weather-related conditions, modified facility hours, or program events.
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel a lesson, please send an email to [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation. Lessons that are canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no additional charge. In the event of pool closure due to weather, make-up will be provided if the lesson has not yet reached the halfway point when the closure begins. Lessons canceled in less than 24 hours or no-shows will be forfeited.
