Tuesdays, 11:30 am–12:15 pm; February 13–March 19
Join Frank D., a certified adaptive trainer, for a class that is specifically designed for people with neurodegenerative challenges. This class will focus on aerobic conditioning, joint strengthening, balance work, and stretching, while fostering a sense of community amongst participants.

Adaptive Swim Lessons
Have you been interested in swim lessons for a child with a disability? We are thrilled to announce that we now have three swim instructors who are certified in the “Swim Angelfish methodology,” providing adaptive lessons to individuals with anxiety, attention difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder, sensory challenges, coordination problems, physical disabilities, and more. emPOWER Fitness Class
Thursdays; 4:30-5:15, January 11–March 28
The J is thrilled to announce the roll-out of our new adaptive fitness class: emPOWER. This class will consist of functional movements mixed with cardio intervals that can be modified to meet each participant where they are physically and mentally. Our trainers have completed a specialized course that has allowed them to become certified adaptive group trainers. They will be utilizing fun movements and energizing music to engage participants and emPOWER them to feel strong in their abilities and what they offer to the world!
