JCC’s Babysitting Certification & Internship Program: Red Cross Babysitting Certification

Members: $200; nonmembers: $240

Is your teen interested in babysitting to get some work experience, earn some money, and gain important skills that can help in future employment? Our new program provides training and mentorship to equip them with the essential qualifications to stand out and succeed.

It begins with a 7-hour American Red Cross training that provides youth with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly care for children and infants.  Participants who successfully complete this training will earn their American Red Cross Babysitting Certification and will be eligible to serve up to 10 internship hours in the JCC’s Kidspace drop-in childcare center.
