Where to Bike Outside

Where to Bike Outside

The weather is getting glorious—time to get the bike out of the garage and hit the trails! We asked the head of fitness, Lisa Bruskin (who is an avid cyclist—nice weather not needed, you will find her biking in cold rain!) her favorite spots to bike in the metro area.

North & South County Trailways

Bronx River Pathway

Tarrytown Lakes Extension

Old Croton Aqueduct

Sprain Ridge Mountain Bike Trails

GW Bridge – 9W

Westside Highway from Inwood

And for the very ambitious:

Brooklyn Bridge down the FDR Drive 🙂
