Important Pool Update: Our small pool will remain closed until further notice due to maintenance repairs. Some aqua group exercise classes have been moved to the large pool, so lap swim availability may change throughout the day. We will notify members as soon as the small pool reopens. Please check our online pool schedule for the most up-to-date lap swim and class times.

Renew, Rejuvenate, and Reconnect: A Jewish Yoga practice (at the Mt. Kisco library)

October 6, 2022 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Renew, Rejuvenate, and Reconnect: A Jewish Yoga practice open to all levels

Join us for a Jewish yoga class for all levels that explores the holiday of Sukkot. Enjoy this opportunity to stretch the body, mind, and soul, while re-jew-venating with tools and lessons that can be practiced beyond the class. Please dress comfortably and bring your own yoga mat if you have one. No experience necessary!

About the instructor: Emily Herzfeld has been a certified yoga instructor (200 hours) since 2013 and completed training for teaching yoga to children in 2015. Her style of yoga is Raja Yoga (including poses, breathing, meditation, self-study, etc.), and her passion lies in teaching Jewish-themed yoga to adults and children alike. Emily’s yoga classes are comprehensive, enriching, and appropriate for all levels.

This event will take place at the Mount Kisco Public Library at 100 East Main Street in Mount Kisco.
