Looking for ways to improve your swim techniques for a future triathlon? Join a supportive team in a progressive class led by Director of Aquatics, AJ Monroe. Triathlon season will be here before you know it! Must be able to swim 500 yards continuously. Prior approval required, contact the Aquatics office at [email protected].
Sprint Triathlon Training
Wednesdays, 6:00 pm-8:00 pm; 5/1-6/11
$300 members, $350 non-members
Have you always wanted to do a triathlon? Do you want to get in shape for the upcoming season?
Joanne Dondero ((USAT L2 Coach, 8x Ironman, 4x Kona Finisher) will be preparing you to swim in open water, transition to the bike and run, practice riding, and running the course. Your training will lead up to the Sleepy Hollow Sprint Triathlon on Sunday June 16th:swim 1/2 mile, bike 12 miles, run 3.1 miles.
