UP on Sundays is a program geared towards children, teens, and young adults with neurodiversity. The program takes place at our JCC utilizing community spaces to encourage full inclusion into the larger JCC community. It is organized according to age, enabling staff to focus on varying needs and help cultivate peer-to-peer relationships. The staff ratio is 3:1.

Our goal is to provide participants with entertaining, engaging, and intentional programming that encourages each participant to learn new skills, build self-confidence, enhance social skills, and increase self-awareness and emotional expression.

We do this by offering a variety of activities. Some examples of this are fitness classes, swimming, life skills classes, and art classes. Each week, the classes and experiences offered are different to ensure that we are keeping the participants engaged.

Please note: Enrollment for new participants is dependent upon a conversation with a member from the Supportive Services Department. Please contact [email protected] if you are interested in this program for your child.
