The Shames JCC on the Hudson, in conjunction with Marinelli’s Village Pharmacy, is hosting a flu and updated (bivalent) Covid 19 vaccine booster clinic on Sunday October 2nd, from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm.

Flu vaccines are available for anyone age 5 and up. Covid 19 boosters are available for those age 12 and up. Please select a time slot below to sign up.

Please specify what type of vaccine you would like (be aware of age restrictions). You may receive both the flu and Covid vaccine at the same time if desired.

Please make sure to bring your insurance card and your Covid 19 Vaccine card to your appointment. You will also need to fill out some forms ahead of time. We will email those forms to you prior to the appointments.
