Giving Retriever Canine-Integrated Social Enrichment Programs (Ages 21+)

Through structured cooperative activities with Giving Retriever therapy dogs and peers, participants build social-emotional and executive functioning skills. Activities support communication confidence, perspective-taking, and independent problem-solving. Shared pizza dinners offer structured ADL (Activities of Daily Living) practice such as utensil use, portioning, and clean up responsibilities. Training games support fine and gross motor coordination, sequencing, and teamwork.
