Parenting through the Pandemic – Summer Edition

Three-part series, Participants can choose to participate in a single session or all three; beginning June 10

In partnership with the Union for Reform Judaism (URJ), The Sheva Center is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity from our friends and partners at Ayeka: The Center for Soulful Education. Beginning on Wednesday, June 10. Dasee Berkowitz, Director of Ayeka’s Becoming a Soulful Parent program, will lead a three-part Zoom series for parents of young children entitled: “Parenting through the Pandemic – Summer Edition”  Participants can choose to participate in a single session or all three!

Ayeka’s Becoming a Soulful Parent (BSP) program trains parents and educators to lead a different kind of parenting group. These groups empower parents to listen to their inner wisdom, they create deep connections for parents who are often ‘too busy’ for new friends, and they open up pathways for personal and spiritual growth.  Becoming a Soulful Parent is for those who want to take time out of their busy lives to tune in to the parents they want to become.

Dasee is a master facilitator and has an incredible way of making Jewish text and spirituality accessible, helping both practitioners and participants harness Judaism as a powerful tool for self and soul care – something we all sorely need right now. She has led three cohorts of JCCs through the Becoming a Soulful Parent Training- reaching families across the country. Please don’t miss this opportunity to share her magic with your families.

Please see her bio below to learn more about Dasee.

Dasee Berkowitz is the director of Ayeka’s Becoming a Soulful Parent program.
