ALMOST SCHOOL, CLASS LEADER

Almost School will provide childcare to students (K – 5th grade) engaged in remote learning with their particular schools.  Situated at two convenient Tarrytown locations, classrooms will be well outfitted for learning as well as maintenance of health and safety.

Each Class Leader will support a small group of children (max. class size 15) as they navigate their online learning platforms and assigned school work  Paired with another staff member, the Class Leader will be responsible for maintaining the classroom schedule, providing individual assistance to students in accessing their remote learning, and helping to provide a nurturing environment to students. The Class Leader will also be responsible for implementing Covid-19 safety protocols..

Teaching and/or childcare experience preferred.

Part-time and Full-time schedules available.

Salary range: $17 -$20 per hour (commensurate with skills and experience)
