Join us for an exciting and empowering evening of inclusive sports and wellness activities for all abilities! Try out adaptive lacrosse, flag football, and field hockey with Able Athletics; learn the basics of adaptive skateboarding with The Adaptive Sports Foundation; and get moving with fun, functional fitness from the Breakthrough Fit Co. team.
