A sampler of the Aquatic exercise offerings here at the JCC Aquatic Center. Classes from Stretch to Tone to Aqua Aerobics. There will be a chance to experience the Aqua Bikes, Aqua treadmills, and a variety of teaching styles. Come and meet our awesome instructors and join us for 90 minutes of fun!

Swim cap required for ALL participants
Sign up at the event for bikes and treadmills. Water shoes are required for those wishing to utilize the bicycles and treadmills.
