Career Specific Vocational Training in Janitorial Services (ages 18+)

Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, February 24-April 9; 10:00 am-4:00 pm 

In this comprehensive 6-week training, students of all abilities will gain essential skills for janitorial services. It includes 4 weeks of in-class instruction and 2 weeks of hands-on training, utilizing the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA) curriculum. During the final week, students take the Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) exam, which allows them to earn the title of Basic Certified Custodian, signifying mastery in fundamental janitorial tasks such as sweeping, dusting, floor care, and more. Students will gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience to equip them to become efficient and effective porters in their field. All applicants must be of working age.
