Winter Immunity Boost: Elderberry Bonanza

Join us with your child (4+) to make elderberry syrup and explore fun ways to enhance your culinary creations with this special herb to prevent illness and support health this winter.

Get your body prepared for winter in this class! Instructors Rachel Sokolowoski and Stephanie Wright will teach you how to integrate Ayurvedic and herbalist practices into your daily life. We will taste, eat, and create recipes using elderberries. We’ll teach you how to use this plant during the winter as an herbal preventative and support for overall health. In addition, we will teach you fun ways to enhance your culinary creations with elderberry including Syrup, Teas and Spritzers.

Bring your own mason jars! Participants will need 1 24 oz jar for this class. Cost of the workshops covers the rest of the materials for 1 child and 1 adult.
