Make connections while learning a new craft in our terrarium-making workshop! Sponsored by Regeneron as part of their Day for Doing Good, you’ll be paired with a volunteer to work together on making a tropical plant micro-garden with mini-houseplants, stones, and preserved mosses to re-create a natural landscape in a glass container. The class is taught by horticulturist, terrarium designer, author, and NYBG instructor Maria Colletti. Terrariums are not only beautiful, they’re incredibly easy to care for—and you get to take yours home for months of enjoyment. Advance registration required.
