Dave Quentin
Dave Quentin has been teaching Pilates since 2010. His primary Pilates mentor was Lesley Powell of Movements Afoot. Dave appreciates the ways Pilates can correct poor posture, strengthen the core, enhance joint range of motion, and build proper technique to enhance strength training. He has also been a certified personal trainer since 2002 through the American Council on Exercise, and later through the National Association of Sport Medicine.
