Facility Improvement Update: We uncovered additional work during the renovation of the ladies' locker room, so the showers and sauna will now reopen on Monday, July 27. The rest of the locker room will remain open, and the family changing room shower will continue to be available. Thank you for your patience.

Voyages with Verve: 79 Years of Anne Frank’s Diary: A Virtual Walk Through Amsterdam

Wednesday, June 24 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

FREE for members and non-members

Step into the streets of Amsterdam and explore the city through the story of Anne Frank on a live, interactive Jewish heritage walking tour. We’ll move through neighborhoods, canals, and historic sites tied to her life, while reflecting on Amsterdam’s once-thriving Jewish community and the dangers faced during the Nazi occupation. We’ll also touch on her family’s experience and the lasting impact of The Diary of Anne Frank, first published June 25, 1947. Along the way, we explore themes of resilience, resistance, and remembrance, ending with a deeper connection to Amsterdam’s Jewish heritage. Co-presented with Wowzitude.
