The State of Westchester’s Business and Economy

Dr. Marsha Gordon, President/CEO of the Business Council of Westchester, will share insights on the state of Westchester’s economy and business landscape. She will discuss key trends, opportunities, and challenges shaping the region, and what they mean for businesses and residents across the county. The discussion will also spotlight the BCW’s current initiatives, including its leadership in embracing AI and innovation.

About the presenter:Dr. Marsha Gordon is president of the Business Council of Westchester, a role she has held since 2001, bringing over 25 years of leadership in business and community development. Under her leadership, the organization has tripled its membership and become a leading advocate for economic growth in Westchester County and New York State. She is widely recognized as an authority on the regional business climate and a highly effective connector across industries and sectors. Dr. Gordon has led major initiatives in innovation, workforce development, and data sharing, and has served in key regional leadership roles, including co-chair of the Mid-Hudson Regional Economic Council. She has received numerous honors, including being named one of the most powerful figures in Westchester County, and holds degrees from Brooklyn College, Marist College, and Pace University.
