Planning for Older Years: Healthcare

November 4, 2025 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

A pocket watch partially buried in sand is next to an inspirational quote about gaining wisdom by valuing time. The tone is reflective and contemplative.

FREE for members & non-members

When push comes to shove, have I made my wishes known? What do I need to know about geriatric medicine and advanced directives (Healthcare Proxy, DNR, MOLST…)? Featured speakers are  Rev. Keeley Garfield, Chaplain at Phelps Hospital and Dr. Michelle Espinoza, Northwell Palliative Care at Phelps Hospital.

Planning for Older Years is a 5-week series to help alleviate the challenge of growing older. Learn more about the entire series here
