Moving To Stillness: A Special 90 Minute Yoga Class

We are thrilled to offer you an opportunity to experience three of our yoga instructors simultaneously while moving you through three different genres of yoga. First, Lisa will take you through movement and breathwork to develop strength and mobility. Next, you will experience Yin yoga where Kimberly will guide you into gentle poses, allowing the body, mind, and emotions the time to settle and release. The final part of the class will be led by Bari, including postures, mantras, and delicious guided relaxation and sound healing.
Please bring a Yoga Mat and a blanket or large towel.
