Yoga & Mindfulness with Jennifer Monness
For Stress Awareness Month, join us for a session with The Meditation Lab: Moving Towards Stillness. This unique workshop teaches the principles of mindfulness and how you can apply them to your life. During this session, you will have the opportunity to move towards stillness by exploring simple stretches to warm your body and settle your mind. From there, you will be led through some mindful breathing exercises, guided relaxation, and simple meditation. Participants will gain an understanding of how meditation further enhances one’s overall health and well-being by increasing focus, improving productivity, and reducing stress.
