Joy in Creative Movement

Wednesday, August 12 @ 11:30 am - 12:15 pm

FREE for members and non-members

This class is an invitation to reconnect with the simple pleasure of moving your body through music, rhythm, breath, and gentle play. Together we’ll explore creative movement that encourages laughter, curiosity, connection, and a sense of freedom—no dance or yoga experience required. We’ll gently tap into the playful side of ourselves, remembering that joy, creativity, and lightheartedness are qualities we can nurture at any age. Come as you are, leave expectations behind, and discover how joyful movement can awaken energy, ease, and a renewed appreciation for your body.
