About the Presenter: Menachem Katz is an economist with a Ph.D. in International Economics from Columbia University and a B.A. in Economics and Statistics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He spent nearly three decades at the International Monetary Fund, ultimately serving as Assistant Director, working on economic policy across East Asia, Latin America, and Africa.
