Chef Noam Zabari has been cooking traditional Yemenite food from a young age. He has been working in cafes and local restaurants since the age of 15, and started his own catering business in 2020. In honor of Israel Independence Day, Chef Noam will be at the J selling made-to-order falafel, falafel sandwiches, and hummus plates.
