Designed for aspiring young cooks (age 7 and up) and their families, this class offers a taste of the skills, creativity, and community that define the Berkshire Hills Eisenberg Camp experience. Children will work collaboratively with Kate to make delicious apple fritters, while parents will observe how BHEC fosters confidence, independence, and teamwork through cooking. There will also be  time to ask questions and connect with camp staff.
