Director of Wellness Programming
Laura is a three-sport varsity athlete and captain turned nine-time marathon runner (and counting). Laura first worked in television and news production at ABC and CNN. She then received a master’s degree from Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs and began work as an NYPD intelligence research analyst. Fitness was always an integral part of her life, and when she was pregnant with her daughter, she decided to turn this passion into a career. Over the past decade, Laura has owned her own fitness company and brand, creating classes ranging from those focused on pre/post-natal women to busy executives. Most recently, she opened, managed, and ran the F45 Training in Mount Kisco. Laura currently lives in Pleasantville with her husband, daughter, three stepdaughters, and dog Max. She is eager to implement, create, and support health and fitness programming at the J that will cater to everyone.
