I joined the JCC as a Customer Service Manager in July 2017 and was promoted to Operations Manager in October. In April of 2018, I was promoted to Assistant General Manager – Operations. I have 17 years of customer service experience and 5 years of leadership experience. I graduated from Fordham University with a bachelors in marketing and management with a minor in finance. My vision for the JCC is to grow our organization in every way possible along with keeping our core values that are our foundations.
