Inclusion Programs for Children (Ages 6 – 14)

SHADE (Sleepy Hollow Academy for Disability Education)

Sleepy Hollow High School high school students interested in the field of social services participate in instructive, hands on experiences including general skill building in the world of work, communication skills and team building.

Washington Irving Warriors, Tuesday & Thursday, 3:30 – 7:30 pm, FREE!

Kids ages 6-10 are welcome to join Ms. Kelly (Special Education Teacher) every Tuesday and Thursday to socialize, play games, and make friends at our model apartment located at 43 Wildey Street, Tarrytown, NY.  Co-ed.

Super Sunday, Sundays, FEE: $450

Fall drop off recreational program will be in session on Sundays for ages 5-16.  Create artwork, culinary delights, and play games designed to promote socialization; participate in Physical Education, Karate, Swimming, or Soccer all while developing valuable social skills through peer interaction!

School Age Childcare: Almost Home Plus 

Inclusionary after school program for kids ages 6-12 years.  The kids play games, play outside, light cooking, have a snack, arts/crafts, and work on computers.  Staff offer light homework help as well.  Available Monday – Friday, 2:30 – 6:00 pm.

Vacation Sensations Plus 

Kids in grades K-6 will make friends while traveling to museums, arcades, and other points of interest on days when schools are closed for a holiday.
