Masters Swim

Beginner and Intermediate/Advanced Swimmers

Adult Swimming Courses

Ages 18+

If you are a beginner swimmer, training for a triathlon, or just looking to get back into the swim of things, Adult Swimming is right for you!

Enjoy a group beginner learn-to-swim or a set of workouts designed to work on skills, endurance, and strength. Masters Swim is designed for competitive fitness and triathlon swimmers or individuals looking to add intensity to their workouts.

Beginner Swim

8 Wednesdays, 6:00–7:00 pm, Nov. 28th- Jan. 29th
Members: $290, Nonmembers: $330

It’s never too late to learn how to swim! In this class, you will learn swimming fundamentals, including alternate side breathing, kicking, and treading with assistance in deep water.

Master’s Swim (Intermediate/Advanced)

8 Tuesdays, 6:00-7:00 pm, Nov. 28th- Jan. 29th
Members: $290, Non-members: $330

Intermediate/Advanced swimmers will develop stroke technique and increase endurance by swimming a minimum of 1,500 yards.
