Blends Cleanse with Missy Chase Lapine

Juicing is so last year! Blends are the new cleanse. Great to jump start weight loss and transform your diet, the first Monday of every month we will blend our way to a 1 to 3 day “re-boot” to detox and start off the month lean and clean. Detox without deprivation; no one will leave hangry (or caffeine-deprived). Participants should come hungry and will leave class with all the food they need for their 1 to 3 day cleanse. Most delicious and satisfying detox with foods like cinnamon oat truffle treats and maple sweet potato puree. Fees include all ingredients and are set at a special introductory price.
