5-Days of Real Food for Real Families with Missy Lapine

Do you consider pizza a vegetable? Are fruit roll-ups really fruit?

Inspired by food expert Michael Pollan’s Food Rules “If it came from a plant, eat it; if it was made in a plant, don’t.”  This fun info session will help illustrate the difference between real and processed foods, with hands-on simple prep of some fun, kid-friendly recipes. After the info session, you may be inspired to kick-off 5 days of Missy’s version of a “real food challenge!”
