The Wave 

A cross-training that makes use of the rowing machine to provide bursts of high intensity intervals while its functional strength stations are designed to sculpt the legs, core and arms.

Treading Circuit 

This combines equal parts high-intensity cardio treadmill workout with dynamic strength and sculpting exercises.

Pillar Power

Learn how to properly strengthen and stabilize your entire body. This class focuses on shoulder and hip mobility, activating and strengthening the glutes, and stabilizing the core.
