Dance
Dance, Drum, Sing, Play! with Shmulik Gov-Ari (3 – 5 years)

Dance, Drum, Sing, Play is designed specifically for children 5 years of ages and under. Using a variety of tactile materials and props, this program gets students excited about their Jewish heritage, values, and holidays. Using active learning to its maximum potential, this program engages all the senses of young students.

Introduction to Hip Hop (3 – 5 years)

This class offers an introduction to basic movement and a classical dance vocabulary in a creative setting; building on the dancer’s growing concentration span and physical dexterity. This class will offer an age-appropriate introduction to Hip Hop that focuses on rhythm, energy, individual style, and dynamic movement.

Gymnastics (Junior Gymmies)

We provide a safe environment in which children develop listening and gross motor skills, explore their personal energies, coordination and interactive instruction all while having FUN! Obstacle courses and working with specialty apparatus promotes basic gymnastics skills and enhances independence and self-confidence.  Children must be potty-learned to attend gymnastics classes.

An introduction to gymnastics focusing on body positions, terminology, rules and safety.

Sports of All Sorts

Sports of All Sorts introduces children to a variety of sports in a fun and interactive way. Our youngest sports enthusiasts build motor skills and experience class with their grown-ups.  Kids ages 3 and up work more independently with constant supervision from our staff.

“Sports of All Sorts” introduces Soccer, Baseball, Basketball, Lacrosse and Football. Each class combines learning the sport’s fundamentals and having fun! Children have the opportunity to play with others and make friends along the way. This is an excellent opportunity to ease your child into social situations with support and confidence, which will enable them to move onto our more challenging classes. We teach in a positive and relaxed environment with emphasis on participation, interaction and communication.

Tot Shabbat (Ages 0-5 with Adult)

Join Rabbi Lisa Izes to celebrate Shabbat with music, movement, stories, crafts, and of course, challah and juice.  We will laugh and wiggle and make Shabbat sparkle.  Activities are geared to children birth to 5 years with an adult.
