Aqua Cycle Classes

Program Pool (Max. 6 per class)

Open to All Shames JCC Members & Non-members, Ages 18+.

Burn twice the calories in half the time! Open to adults of all swimming abilities and fitness levels.  Aqua cycling takes spinning on land to a whole new level! Aqua cycling places stationary bikes underwater at waist level, allowing you to pedal against the resistance of the water, creating a significantly better workout.

Cancellation policy: Refunds or make-ups will not be provided for missed classes. In the event of pool closure due to weather, make-ups will be provided if the class has not yet reached the halfway point when the closure begins.
