A 45-minute reservation is a great way to continue your favorite cardiovascular exercises at your own pace. The resistance of the water helps strengthens and tones muscles and affects more of the body when exercising if the water is chest-deep. While our instructors won’t be instructing, they are available to answer questions you may have about how to do an exercise or can provide helpful tips and feedback. Aquatic workouts help to increase energy, endurance, and healthy living while reducing stress, tension, and anxiety.
