In this casual workshop\, teaching chef Amy Pane will lead you in making two simple and delicious recipes for Passover. \nParticipants can get hands-on experience making snacks\, or just come and observe. Everyone will go home with recipes and a batch of treats ready to bake. Samples to eat during class are of course included. \nThe workshop is open to all – no cooking experience is necessary!

DESCRIPTION:Project Genesis: An Interfaith Conversation Between Two Clergy\nJoin Rabbi Jay Stein and Reverend Gareth Evans as they discuss the story of Jacob wrestling with a man or an angel. Have you ever wondered what our faith teaches us about angels? Both Christianity and Judaism have a belief in intermediary forces called angels. This session will explore what our faiths say about the role they play in this story and the implications for our own lives. \nProject Genesis: The same story can have multiple meanings. The books of the Old Testament in particular are ripe with symbol\, metaphor\, and character\, providing the reader with the opportunity to unpack and analyze the meanings. In Project Genesis\, we will discuss different interpretations of some of the beloved stories we learned as children and now revisit as adults.
