DESCRIPTION:Join Frank (Special Strong Certified*) for a class specifically designed for people with neurodegenerative challenges. This class will focus on aerobic conditioning\, joint strengthening\, balance work\, and stretching while fostering a sense of community amongst participants. \nExercises will be taught from a chair so each participant must be able to sit independently on a chair.
