Her work now focuses on helping individuals rethink retirement as a life transition\, drawing on her book Rethink Retirement and decades of experience leading workshops globally. \nLaurie Hirsch Schulz is a transition coach and founder of LHS Coaching who works with experienced professionals navigating career and life inflection points. She helps clients clarify their values\, priorities\, and direction so they can move forward with intention and confidence.
