Enjoy this opportunity to stretch the body\, mind\, and soul\, while re-jew-venating with tools and lessons that can be practiced beyond the class. Please dress comfortably and bring your own yoga mat if you have one. No experience necessary! \nAbout the instructor: Emily Herzfeld has been a certified yoga instructor (200 hours) since 2013 and completed training for teaching yoga to children in 2015. Her style of yoga is Raja Yoga (including poses\, breathing\, meditation\, self-study\, etc.)\, and her passion lies in teaching Jewish-themed yoga to adults and children alike. Emily’s yoga classes are comprehensive\, enriching\, and appropriate for all levels. \nThis event will take place at the Mount Kisco Public Library at 100 East Main Street in Mount Kisco. \nREGISTER

DESCRIPTION:Get your walking shoes on and join us for a private lecture and tour of the incomparably enchanting Untermyer Gardens in Yonkers\, NY. \nStephen Byrns\, President of the Untermyer Conservancy\, will treat guests to a lecture about Samuel Untermyer\, one of the most prominent Jewish Americans in the early 19th century\, and the fascinating history behind the establishment and reinvigoration of this 40 acre garden. \nAfterwards\, you’ll have the option of going on a 1-hour docent-led tour of this beautiful and unique space\, or exploring the gardens on your own.
