Hips! Abs! Thighs! Like all water exercises, Hydro H.A.T. is easy on the joints while strengthening and building muscle tone. H.A.T. is ideal for therapy, rehabilitation, or just good exercise while being a therapeutic aid, relieving stress, and improving cardiovascular fitness, balance, and range of motion – all while working out your hips, abdominal muscles, and thighs. Classes take place in chest-level water so non-swimmers are welcome.
