Aqua Aerobics

Water Aerobics combines movements such as jumping, moving your arms, and using a variety of exercises and equipment to improve your fitness. Water resistance is used to develop your muscle tone, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and general well-being. Concentrating on both upper and lower body, exercises are taught at a quicker pace to burn more calories and increase endurance.
